One of the BEST prod...
One of the BEST products out there and it has GREAT TASTE!!! I prefer the Chocolate flavor. I've tried hundreds of other protein powders and tossed them in the garbage. Mix it with cold almond or hazelnut 0% fat milk and boost the flavor. Drink it cold. The fiber inside makes it thick so you think you are drinking a McDonalds thick milkshake but without the fat and calories! Might be pricey but it costs 1/4 or more the price of a normal meal. I drink it instead of dinner and I feel full so I don't binge on ice cream at night and as result I keep losing weight and especially fat slowly but steadily. I drink 8oz of it for breakfast then one regular meal for lunch and 12.oz for dinner each day. The pounds and fat shed away without any effort or rigorous exercise. So happy about your vegan products and it have a great taste.

I really can’t impress upon you enough how horrible it tastes, how horrible it smells, how bad it feels going down your throat. It’s somehow chalky and sticky at the same time. Awful product: never again.Â

I have this to boost...
I have this to boost my protein intake and have it for breakfast mixed with frozen fruit and water. I've ordered this 3 times now and I will be honest, I've not lost any weight but I haven't gained any either. I have tried the other GoL protein meal replacement and that is also good. I do feel full till lunch time which curbs the snack attacks for sugary stuff or crisps. It doesnt bloat you or cause any excessive wind. What I have noticed is my skin is amazing! I highly recommend this!
