Garden of Life's Organics Prenatal Once Daily formula has been specially designed to provide Folate, which contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy.
Our formula provides organic fruits, vegetables and herbs, including lemons, ginger, annatto, amla berries and holy basil with every tablet.
Each tablet contains 19 vitamins and minerals, as well as 600mcg of folate. Supplemental folic acid intake increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor in the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. These supplements also deliver 18mg of plant-based iron.

These are incredible...
These are incredible. Unlike other prenatals they are easy to digest, no horrible taste, I've had minimal sickness from taking these and I believe that is due to the raw ingredients. I've used for both my pregnancies. One last year and my son came out extremely healthy with great placenta and now this time round.
